All items purchased through White's East Hampton have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return the product for a full refund (even if you tried the product).
Currently, NO EXCHANGES are accepted. Only returns can be processed, and then a new order may be issued for the item desired. We regret that original shipping costs and return freight charges cannot be refunded. When returning an item, please pack the goods securely and keep a record of method and date of your return shipment as we will not be held responsible if the item is damaged or lost in transit back to us. Special Orders and Sale Items are excluded. Some personal care items are excluded due to health regulations and sanitary concerns.

Return Confirmation E-Mail
A Return Authorization number (RA#) will be sent to you via e-mail with your confirmation approval for return. Please make sure that this RA# appears on the outside of your package as well as inside the package with your product. This will ensure that the product is received and processed correctly.
